A Process Paper is required with each submission.

*Teachers must register before students may submit their projects.

FEBRUARY 1 -          Registration closes.  No late entries will be accepted.

FEBRUARY 10 -        Exhibits submitted 3pm to 5pm.

      JP Jones Community Center, 2400 Rickert Street, Fairbanks

FEBRUARY 10 -        Judges Training 6pm to 6:30pm. Exhibit open for judging 6:30pm to 9pm

​FEBRUARY 12 -       Judging Ends at 5:00pm.

FEBRUARY 11 - 13  Exhibit open for public viewing 10am to 6pm

FEBRUARY 14 -       Fairbanks History Day Award Ceremony
                                 10am to 11am, JP Jones Community Center, 2400 Rickert Street, Fairbanks

The top 3 award winners in each category and division are eligible to compete at the Alaska State History Day competition. Top finishers in the state competition will advance on to the National History Day Competition in June of 2020.

Registration: March 16-19, 2020                   

Contest Judging: March 23-27, 2020

Results Announced: April 3, 2020
